The Etoya R. White Brand, LLC.
As the Founder of Etoya R. White Therapy & Coaching, Etoya provides individual, family dynamic, marital, couples and group therapy. He is also a life, relationship, and sports performance coach. While he sees a variety of clients, Etoya focuses on meeting the mental and emotional needs of men and boys, in and from Black and Brown spaces, with the overarching goal of urbanizing mental health. Under The Etoya R. White Brand, LLC., Etoya provides education and mental wellness consulting services, staff training, professional development, anti-bias training, school-based male mentoring, and other services.
He is a member of the Board of Directors for CHADS Coalition for Mental Health, and a member of the Board of Directors for St. Louis Voices Academy, a new charter elementary school. A requested speaker and trainer, Etoya was featured on the 2021 cover of DELUX Magazine; named a 2022 St. Louis Health and Wellbeing Champion by the Brown School of Social Work at Washington University; and has worked with an array of local and regional schools, companies and agencies including, but not limited to: Amazon, Affinia Healthcare, Nestle-Purina, the American Association of Blacks in Higher Ed, the Brown School of Social work at Washington University, the UMSL Bridge Program, The Chiron Community Giving Foundation, Fontbonne University, Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater St. Louis, The Annie Malone Foundation, the St. Louis Black Nurses Association, Gateway Science Academy, Special School District, the Webster University Institute for Clinical Scholarship, Confluence Academies, Truman State University, Harris Stowe State University, Principia College, the Postsecondary Equity Network, the Kirkwood School District, KIPP Memphis, KIPP Tulsa, KIPP OKC, and he has been featured on Fox 2 News. In 2022, Etoya was voted an “A List” Mental Health Professional by St. Louis Magazine. More recently, he was selected as a session presenter for the 2023 Elevate Conference, and he and his wife are being recognized as 2023 Delux Magazine Power Couple awardees. Etoya has appeared as a guest speaker on countless panels, podcasts, and community programs. He also teams monthly with Affinia Healthcare to provide FREE group mental health discussions for men and boys, in and from Black and Brown spaces.
Etoya received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. He is married to the beautiful Tracee L. White, with whom he parents five amazing children. He is in his 29th year of membership in Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., from whom he has received international recognition. He is charter member of the Upsilon Zeta Sigma Alumni chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., where he serves as Parliamentarian.

Tracee Lynn White is a Certified Life Coach, speaker, author, entrepreneur, corporate leader, and proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. who is passionate about helping women create lives and relationships that align with their values, goals, and purpose.
As the co-founder of Aligned Faith Coaching, in her personal practice Tracee specializes in coaching women through life transitions, dating, relationships, self-discovery, personal growth, and accountability. Her approach combines practical strategies, honest conversations, and real-world experience to help women move from feeling stuck to living intentionally.
A proud St. Louis native and graduate of University of Missouri–St. Louis, Tracee has built a successful career as a Director at a Fortune 500 company while also growing multiple businesses and serving her community. She is the founder of MLCA Lux Aura, a luxury wellness brand rooted in affirmation and intentional living.
Tracee is a wife, mother of five, two-time author, Black Girls Who Rock honoree, Delux Magazine cover feature, Delux Power 100 Power Couple recipient, and a dedicated community advocate. Through every role she holds, her mission remains the same: helping people do the work necessary to build healthier relationships, strengthen their confidence, establish boundaries, and become the best version of themselves. In her coaching practice alongside her husband her focus is on helping couples bridge the gap between insight and action, improving communication, accountability and creating practical steps that help relationships thrive.
Tracee believes that lasting change doesn’t come from quick fixes it comes from commitment, accountability, intentional growth, and a willingness to do the work.
